You’ll be assigned a Project Manager who will help you complete a project checklist for the upcoming switch.
  2. Pick a Date. Next, we’ll verify project detailed and schedule your upcoming Switch Day. It’s time to get excited, not worried! We are known for providing a “zero downtime” installation, so you don’t have to worry about losing business.
  3. The SpectrumVoIP Team Arrives. On Switch Day, our team will arrive, set up cabling, install the system, and customize the basic features that work best for your company. Then, we’ll provide initial training sessions so that you’ll feel confident about using the new system. 
  4. Post-Install Training and Customization. Our goal is to walk away from the installation job knowing that you’re satisfied with our system and that you’re ready to handle increased business as it comes your way. In addition to the training on installation day, we’ll setup extended training for you and your staff, and we’ll be there to help you further customize your system so that it perfectly fits your needs.
  5. Stellar Support. But what if you have questions down the line? No worries. Your project manager is still there for you even after your install is complete. Call, ask a question, convey a concern. We stand ready to make sure you’re taken care of.
