Mercury Communication Services, Inc (MCS) has successfully designed, installed and supported customized business communications solutions for customers in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX markets since 1980.  MCS has built its business based on a strong core value of customer support and delivery of world class technology from the Industry leaders.  As time has progressed and the overall market conditions have changed, MCS has evolved offerings, but the core values have proven to be key differences between other firms that offer technologies.

Today, MCS delivers premise and hosted VoIP telephone systems, low voltage cabling solutions, paging, carrier services solutions.  More recently, MCS began to offer integrated data offerings including equipment, software and managed IT support.  MCS is constantly evaluating and driving application offerings to both new and existing customers.  All of these technologies are delivered with a very experienced design and support staff.  MCS has been driven by the same ownership (Gregory Osler) for the past 39 years.  Mr. Osler’s vision coupled with a dedicated support team have proven to be a very successful business model.

How did you come to select SpectrumVoIP as product/service to re-sell to your clients?

A number of our customers with existing premise-based phone systems signed with SpectrumVoIP and as a result we lost them as a customer.

What went into the decision?

After numerous demonstrations and background due-diligence of SpectrumVoIP, we found them to be a professional hosted VoIP provider that include hands-on installation and other services.

What experiences have you had with SpectrumVoIP, which have changed or impacted your business?

Quite a few of our largest premise-based customers wanted to change their telephone system to be off-site, in the cloud.  SpectrumVoIP has been perfect in each of our installations.

What would you tell other prospective partners about SpectrumVoIP?

SpectrumVoIP does what they say they will do, every single time.  As a matter of fact, they are the only vendor that I have worked with that does not nickel and dime a customer but just does the right thing so the customer is 100% happy.
