Unlimited call queues allow you to customize the caller’s experience by playing unique hold music, custom greetings, and different call routing methods. For example, you would create separate queues for different locations. You can program each queue to play location specific hold music and ring multiple agents.

Can I route calls between queues?
Depending on queues settings, calls can be routed between each other. For example, if agents of the main operator queue cannot answer calls due to volume, a failover queue can be created to assist.
