What’s the difference between a line and a phone number?

Traditionally you had to have a phone number assigned for each line. Through our cloud based phone system, you only need one phone number to be able to receive unlimited simultaneous calls.

How do I add more lines?

You already have all you’ll need, but through our North Texas support hotline and your assigned project manager you can add more phone numbers or phone devices to take advantage of your unlimited lines.

Where can I see my list of lines?

Through your Stratus web portal you can view your direct dial numbers, ongoing calls, and all of your phone devices.

Can I add a direct dial number to one of my lines?

Yes, if one of your employees needs a phone number that dials directly to their phone that can be requested from our North Texas hotline and your assigned project manager.
