Escape from Call Queue

There are instances where hold times can be longer than normal. In these situations, give your customer a “get out of queue card” option with the escape from call queue feature. The escape from call queue feature allows customers to press the star key while holding. Once the star key is pressed the customer is redirected to alternate destinations such as: auto attendants, operators, alternate hunt groups or voicemail.
