Presence monitoring allows each user to view the status of another user. You can see presence in the Manager Portal, the Mobile application and your desk phone. Presence is shown on your desk phone by configurable status indicator lights or BLF.

What are the different Presence statuses on a desk phone?
Green indicates a monitored agent is available, flashing Red indicates the monitored agent is ringing, and Red indicates the monitored agent is on a call.
Can an agent select who is monitored?
Yes, each agent can select who is monitored on the phone by marking the contact as a favorite in the Manager Portal. Please see the Portal contact feature for more details.
